After-Hours:
Sometimes you may have urgent questions or problems that come up after our offices are closed. We provide an on-call service for urgent, but not emergent, questions. Simply call our office numbers above, and your call will be answered by the on-call service. For emergencies, please dial 911, and for non-urgent matters such as refill requests and scheduling, please call during the next business day.

Apps & Services
We offer the Patient Portal and Healow App to connect you to your care team and health information 24×7. These are free and secure ways to view your visit summaries, health records, lab results, and referrals, but they also offer you the ability to send a secure email to us at any time. Your message will be received quickly, and our staff will respond in a timely manner. Our staff can assist you with your personal login username and password. In addition, our pharmacy also offers the RxLocal app to connect you with your trusted pharmacist. You can use the app to request refills or send messages directly to pharmacy staff.
