Behavioral Health
Licensed Behavioral Health Counseling, Psychiatry, and Medication Management
Primary Care & Hope Clinic uses integrated and collaborative health care approaches to provide whole-person care. We believe that the best care is given when the entire team of health care providers works together to treat the overall health of the patient. No person is the same and your health care should reflect that. Our behavioral health team includes therapists, psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and case managers who work together for ongoing therapy, resources, and medication management.
What to Expect
Behavioral health professionals work alongside medical providers in what is called Primary Care Behavioral Health or Collaborative Care. Behavioral health professionals are often called into exam rooms to get to know you and offer support and a plan known as a brief intervention. Brief interventions, medication management, EMDR, and traditional short-term therapy are offered for many mental health concerns that include:
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Bipolar
- Stress
- Grief and loss
- OCD
- ADHD
- Sleep or insomnia
- Trauma and PTSD
- LGBTQIA+
- Case management
Criteria for Behavioral Health Services
Patients recommended for behavioral health services must complete an intake appointment with our case managers, must not be an imminent danger to themselves or others, and must complete the Consent to Treatment form.
