Family Health

Healthcare for all ages

The Primary Care & Hope Clinic provides healthcare for the entire family and all age groups.

For children, we provide both urgent care and preventive medicine, including immunizations for children of newborns through adulthood. As a Vaccines for Children provider, we will make sure your child has all the required exams and shots for school. If they wake up with a fever or sore throat, we usually have same-day urgent appointments available. We provide sports physicals and well-child visits to keep your child healthy and active.

For adults, we see patients of all ages and with all kinds of health needs. Our focus on comprehensive care means we will treat the issue our patients are currently experiencing, but also want to look out for the medical needs they haven’t anticipated. We coordinate our patient’s care with specialists and hospitals and monitor necessary preventive screenings throughout every stage of life.

Working alongside our medical providers as part of your care team is a licensed dietitian, a full pharmacy, and a behavioral health department. Read more about those programs on our Services page.

We are here to make a healthy difference, one life at a time.
